• Networking with others. You are someone who values good relationships and is in touch with your community. You are constantly looking for ways to connect with others, whether it’s at an in-person event or online. You enjoy looking for and having healthy, mutually-beneficial relationships.

• Using social media effectively. You view social media as a tool to connect with others. Your posts are positive, uplifting and provide information on things people can engage with such as upcoming events and/or presentations. You avoid posting negativity because you know communication is about building and nurturing relationships.

• Presenting to the public. Whether it’s two attendees at a library or 50 people at a bingo hall, you show up energized, ready to listen to others, and eager to share about Inherited Stories.

• Teaching comfortably, confidently and kindly. You will be able to enthusiastically share how our Vimory production process works and act as an initial guide for families to plan out their Vimories. You will eventually make a warm transfer to our internal production team.

• Reports directly to the CEO. Dietrich will meet with you personally on a bi-monthly basis to help you grow as a Guide, develop your presentation on legacy storytelling, and provide ideas on how to meet new families.

• You must be able to communicate using digital technology. This includes using email and file storage systems based on Google's current applications. You will also need to be able to use Google Meet.

• You must be a social go-getter. This is not a role for someone who thinks others will come to them. You are always looking for ways to meet new people and connect with them. You actively put yourself into new social situations where you can be with other people and connect.

• You are a problem solver. You think of solutions when people bring you an issue.

• You are authentic. You know you. You are secure in your personal story and can use it as a way to open new relationships with others.

• You are organized. You know how to keep track of things and create structure that helps you communicate effectively.

• You are kind. You treat others with respect, you’re sincere in your compassion and you regularly put others first.

• You are patient. When families ask questions about their Vimory plans, your calm presence helps provide them with confidence.

• You listen. You love to hear about others and learn who they are. It’s not about you, it’s about service to them.

• Straight Commission. You will receive 20% of the base price for every signed Vimory Production Agreement. 90% of the payment will be provided once a family has sent in a signed Vimory Production Agreement and its initial down payment. The remaining 10% will be provided once their Vimory Project is successfully complete.

• Unlimited Payout Opportunities. There is no cap on how many Vimory projects you can get signed and scheduled. We currently limit our productions to three per calendar month but are seeking to expand that capacity depending on demand so, good luck! ;)

• Flexible Hours. We want you to be in control of your schedule and find what works for you and your family.

• Equipment Provided. We want to set you up for success. We will provide business cards, a branded shirt, a guide to get started and a PowerPoint presentation to make your own. You will provide a cellphone number because you are building trusted relationships and should be reachable at your discretion. The rest is up to you.
